Netscape are actually very keen to use CVSup for source distribution; 
they fully appreciate the importance of this.

It may well be that the best move would be to offer space/bandwidth on 
the FreeBSD mirrors (as well as CVSup experience) to them, and make it 
clear that we're doing this as a partnership.
