Contrib'ed? Maybe. Maintained? Only by BSD'ers.

In the spirit of expectation :-), I'd like it to be know that I'm 
working on complex number library stuff, and as a precursor, I'm
tidying up the workplace.

I'll submit a 'cleanup' patch for review before I do anything. It
is effectively a style(9) job. (To come shortly)
