Hello, I got the very same problems then you. Upgrade to (at least) ncr.c rev. 1.130. Now it seems that almost everything is working for me with ncr and CAM. One minor glitch that is left for me is that my CD-WORM (HP4020i) is not recognized as CD-ROM drive if there is no CD in it during boot-time...
