I recommend that you ask asami@freebsd.org to repository copy ports/editors/xemacs20 to ports/editors/xemacs21, and do your port upgrade there. Only once xemacs21 has been available in the ports tree for a while should you consider removing xemacs20 (which I use). Unless you get other feedback to the contrary, I don't think that there is much call for XEmacs 19 (ports/editors/xemacs) anymore. XEmacs 20 is very mature. Finally, in all cases, please contact the maintainers directly before doing anything.
