GENERAL FREEBSD_QUESTIONS USAGE NOTE: You should search for this message in the mail archives before sending it to 50,000 people or so via email; this subject has been discussed ad nauseum. You're adding a default route when the PPP link comes up, right? But you're not deleteing any existing default route first, right? In ppp.linkup, before you 'add 0 0 HISADDR', try 'delete 0 0': MYADDR: delete 0 0 add 0 0 HISADDR > Sometimes I get also the message "rtinit: wrong ifa ...", but I dont > know, if this has something to do with the first error message. Yeah, something to do with the ifa_addrlist in the PPP if structure. Deleting the old address should take care of this problem. -- "Where am I, and what am I doing in this handbasket?"
