I`ve 4.7 istalled with Fritz 2 PCI internal Card. When I try to bring up
isp0 I get this:

after that isdnd do nothing on any other try for bring isp0 and have to be
restarted / re-read its config

Whats wrong with it if I simply up this line on Windows after some switching
NTBA power on/off for several times, but it doesn`t work on FreeBSD (doesn`t
establish isp0 link) !?
What I have to check out? May it be solved with applying some patches?

I need only one B channel to work!
