Probably not.  The IP address you logged in from, 128.39.140.139, has two
PTR records in its DNS reverse lookup:

% host 128.39.140.139
139.140.39.128.IN-ADDR.ARPA domain name pointer monica
139.140.39.128.IN-ADDR.ARPA domain name pointer p02582.hig.no

Talk to your DNS administrator to get it fixed (or take a look at the zone
file for 140.39.128.IN-ADDR.ARPA if you are the DNS administrator).
