Anybody recognize this?

fxp0: warning: unsupported PHY, type = 0, addr = 0

What causes it? The card seems to be working fine although I haven't
stress-tested it. FreeBSD 3.2-RELEASE (will be 4.1-R RSN). dmesg info
below. fxp0 is connected to a cable modem, xl0 has not been connected
to anything yet.

Also:
3Com 3c509B vs "IBM 10/100 Ether Jet PCI Management Adapter" (i82559)?
I can get more of each for $25 CDN each (used I'm sure) and am
wondering which is best.

fxp0: <Intel EtherExpress Pro 10/100B Ethernet> rev 0x08 int a irq 11 on pci0.9.0

xl0: <3Com 3c905B-TX Fast Etherlink XL> rev 0x30 int a irq 11 on pci0.17.0
        using shared irq11.
