However, when I start up X, using startx or xdm, it appears that my mouse cursor has a problem. Instead of a nice mouse arrow, I get an ugly bar-code-like 'thing'. While it still works just like a mouse, I do like an arrow better. Is anyone aware of the problem? Could it be that a pixmap for the cursor is broken?
