Adding this to loader.conf takes 3 lines. :-)

More time-consuming is testing and making sure that the new rc.conf
options work.

Alfred, can you confirm that an rc.conf hook should be provided for each
of the 3 new modules independently of the others?  Are there no
interdependencies?

Also, doesn't the src/sys/modules/sysipvc directory need a Makefile? :-)
