If you know UNIX, the answers are all there - primarily makefiles. If a user asks that question, I can't imagine that the information in section 10.5.9.5 is of any use ( and upon checking that section, I can imagine user is quite frustrated.) I've made custom FreeBSD systems; install floppies, etc., and will say that portion of FreeBSD is a real neat and lovely piece of work - but not for faint of heart. I was going to document the process (and indeed started) - I have not finished the documentation and probably will not. Reason: don't have the time to do this effort justice which means a document that answers more questions than it creates. If a user asks that question, a cookbook answer would look like cryptic jibberish, and actually be more of an invitation in creating incredible side effect problems. So, IMHO, the answer is NO - FreeBSD custom floppy creation process is not documented (other than the source, e.g. makefile, etc). have fun, rich
