What did you do? I have 4 machines dual booting W2K and FreeBSD. You 
have to leave the mbr alone or install FreeBSD's boot manager. I install 
Windows many times but but FreeBSD infrequently. There wasn't any point 
on my end to not use the ntldr.

It doesn't matter which one you use as long as you understand what you 
are doing. Every software product has a +/- side to it and you should 
use the one that interferes the least.
