Yes, that is what I meant, but after 5 weeks of code freeze its
pretty clear that people are anxious to start committing to RELENG_4
again. The remaining problems appear to be with the interaction
between sysinstall and the package collection INDEX. Most of the bits
are already on the FTP sites, but I'm going to rebuild disc1 for the
4th time today to resolve one last issue. The release is imminent, so
effective immediately RELENG_4 commits do not require re@ approval.
RELENG_4_5 commits require re@ approval from now until the release
announcement, after which time it will be security-officer@'s turf.
