With builtin Editor
Using the ncurses library
With subshell support: as default
With support for background operations
Using default locale

	When i type any command in mc's commandline, Followed by C-o, then mc
can't return from the background subshell.

>How-To-Repeat:
	1)start mc.
	2)run a command into mc's commandlinke 
	3)Ctrl-o
	4)type Ctrl-o again, do nothing. Here the mc should return into forground.
