I'm wasting huge deal of CPU | cycles for countless rebuilding of perfectly fine packages just because | folks tend to bump revs on even teeniest changes. The rule is simple, if the package can changes, PORTREVISION has to be bumped. Ports users can always choose not to upgrade a specific version, and must not, ever, have to force the upgrade of a port to get a change, a fix, or whatever. As for package users, they won't get the new version as the package version has not changed, which is, too, wrong. -- Mathieu Arnold
