Where is the documentation for /boot/pmbr and /boot/gptboot ?

Where is the documentation on setting up multibooting with
GPT partitioned disks?

Poked around in the FAQ, handbook and google, but no joy.
All I have found is gpt(8) and gpart(8).

MBR partitioning isn't entirely working with 2TB drives, and
is guaranteed to not work past 2 TiB, so GPT is essential.
