Emergency holographic terminal collides with CD live shell. When the latter is run after the first, keyboard entry becomes erratic. Typing characters results in almost random gibberish to screen.

No problem if the holographic shell is not run first.

1. Boot from installer CD.
2. Start the 'emergency holographic terminal'
3. Start the live CD shell environment.
