Only that it looks like the SMI handler is doing something wierd or 
otherwise broken that upsets the system.  If you can pursue BIOS 
upgrades, or possibly talk to the manufacturer about it, you might get 
some results.  (Maybe tell them that NT falls over with it on... 8)
