Yes, I am sure.

I always install from ports, and for upgrades I use portsnap/portupgrade.
Should I direct my bug report elsewhere?

(Since the directory is called pkg, and the only line of documentation I 
could find about this directory is in pkg.conf(5), I was sure pkg was 
the problematic application.)
