Just another example of ACPI trash:

acpi_cpu: throttling enabled, 8 steps (100% to 12.5%), currently 100.0%
     ACPI-1284: *** Error: Method execution failed [\\_SB_.BAT0._BST] (Node 0xc1f3
8520), AE_AML_UNINITIALIZED_ELEMENT

If this has something to do with the battery then well - it's dead due
to wearout anyway...

ad0: 38154MB <TOSHIBA MK4018GAS> [77520/16/63] at ata0-master UDMA33
Mounting root from ufs:/dev/ad0s1a
acpi_tz0: WARNING - current temperature (60.0C) exceeds system limits

Which damn limits? It tells the same for temperatures even as low as
37.0C as well...
