There are Windows ports of sdr and vat available from UCL. They
look just like their UNIX/X11 counterparts. I also forgot to
mention vic as an alternative to vat. I find vic does a better
job of dealing with lossy incoming feeds, and I like the UI a
bit more than vat's.
