 I wasn't sure what to do with the symlinked ones, so I did the same thing
 as the existing LDAP port.
 
 See if you like this any better. There are two extra (minor) patch files
 now, as your mention of MAKE_ENV gave me an idea on how to easily make
 this respect CFLAGS.
