Assuming Opera is installed (This means you did it)

Should be simply "opera" or if it's not juste do the following:

cd /usr/ports
make search name=3Dopera

try to find where it's located.. then

cd www/opera (probably)
cat pkg-plist | grep bin

and it's gonna tell you the binary file to launch.
