Actually, you and I both know that's not true because we know that
power dissipation is only part of the equation.  There's also the
question of *where* the power is turning most fully into heat and how
effective your air conditioning (or other heat transfering
metal-to-metal contact) is at that point.

You're also assuming that the power dissipation specs for hard drives
can always be believed, something I actually have strong reason to
doubt in at least several cases.
