This isn't really FreeBSD related! :( 

The PHF exploit I beleive is an old script that used to ship with Apache by
default... It had a security hole in it, in fact if you look at:
http://bugs.apache.org/index/full/1605 - You'll find some details (the rest
can be got from the APACHE website at http://www.apache.org )
