NFS v2 over UDP is the traditional NFS flavor, and most likely to
work. We're using 3.4 machines here with two Redhat-6.1 clients
and most stuff seems to work fine.

server:/home      /home nfs     rw,nodev,soft,intr,rsize=8192,wsize=8192 0 0
