Most importantly, the 4.8.1 release completes fixes for Python 3 wrapping! A number of other Python-related fixes are included, such as NumPy bridge support for Visual Studio, and Python library binary compatibility improvements for system / HomeBrew / Anaconda Python on Mac OSX.
