Non Boot Report: 16mhz 386sx (Megatronics MB), 4MB RAM, Adaptec 1542CF +
Maxtor + Seagate, cheapo Trident VGA, 3Com Elite16C

try 1: system reset a while after uncompress message.
try 2: boots, probes, panics:

rootfs is 1075Kbyte compiled in MFS
	/stand/sysinstall running as init
	panic: kmem_malloc: kmem_map too small

*SIGH*

The last SNAP runs OK after I manually untared it on top of my old system.
