FWIW, refreshing the licq port may be a better "time waster" :) . It
supports Qt/KDE front end AND support SSL client-to-client encoding --
the most appealing feature for me. I built the latest version myself,
but never finished the port to be commitable... It is also the highest
ranked icq client on the software.kde.com's list.
