I'm a bit puzzled by this one. I'm running the RC5-64 client in /etc/rc.local with the command: echo -n ' rc564' nohup /home/joelh/rc56401/rc564 -runoffline > /dev/null 2> /dev/null \ < /dev/null & (The \ was added so I could fit it in the message. In the actual file it's one line.) I had been running just /home/joelh/rc56401/rc564 -runoffline > /dev/null but was having the same problems. I added the nohup, 2>, and < in an attempt to get it to quit dying. Enclosed is a copy of the message that I get sent every boot.
