Dooh. I accidentially found a Lynx.trace.
It showed:
		Lynx Trace Log
...
HTParse: result:http
proxy server found: localhost:8080
HTParse: aName:localhost:8080http://lynx.browser.org/ relatedName:http:
HTParse: result:localhost
HTAccess: status=-10
Can't Access `http://lynx.browser.org/'
HTAccess: Can't access `http://lynx.browser.org/'

Alert!: Unable to access document.

So how is a http_proxy supposed to be specified? I want to use http_proxy
and ftp_proxy for fetch and wget too, so don't say I just write it in
lynx.cfg
