got a new port. submitted by the copyright owner and author. for reference, pr ports/168832 there is no LICENSE= in the Makefile, no LICENSE.txt in the distribution, but it does have the attached in the main.c file. Q: should I ask him to select one of the standard FreeBSD/GPL licenses (and edit his source )? Q: or do I do a 'post-patch' and head -27 bsdinfo.c > $[FILESDIR}/LICENSE.txt and add LICENSE= ${FILESDIR}/LICENSE.txt ? (LICENSE TYPE EULA?) what is the policy on custom licenses? it wants this in binary form (pkgs, cd, etc), so something has to be done. /* * Copyright (c) 2011 Jakub SzafraĆski <samu@pirc.pl> * * All rights reserved. * * Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without * modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions * are met: * 1.
