I believe that I have fixed the issue with src/lib/libc/gen/ttyname.c,v
1.19.  I think I have misread the code and missed that when _ioctl()
returns 0, it means that the call is succeeded.

Sorry for the breakage.  Please let me know if there are other odd things
happen.
