Hello,

I once got an Iwill board with an "initio" chpset. Then, the initio chipset was not supported directly by FreeBSD : you had to patch the kernel sources to add the driver.

I have seen (on one FreeBSD mailing list) that someone is adding support for the initio chipset. You may want to search through the message archive (on www.freebsd.org)

I was given an Iwill 2935 scsi adapter that apparently isn't supported
by freebsd. I was wondering if anyone has gotten it working. I usually
use all adaptec, but this was given to me and i'd like to make it work.
Perhaps I ought to just save it for an xmas tree ornament next yr?

many thanks,

dave
