Sometimes a CVSup run can get caught in the middle of a commit to the server
(especially with all the 4.1-RC things going on right now).

In the mean time, your system should still be running 3.x just fine.

Try re-CVSupping your sources and give it another shot. Then holler if it's
still broken...
