I've done last week some tests with FBSD on P200 + racoon, the other
side was
TimeStep's Permit 4520 (max IPsec throughput at 10Mbps). Netperf in
TCP_STREAM
with messages over 512 bytes in size resulted in 3.06 Mbps. I've tested
just
DES+SHA1 IPsec tunneled SA.
