I didn't know this was possible:
PID USERNAME THR PRI NICE SIZE RES STATE C TIME WCPU COMMAND
11348 root 1 -4 -100 5740K 5764K getblk 0 0:00 0.00% cdrecord
11346 root 1 -8 -104 5740K 5764K cbwait 0 0:00 0.00% cdrecord

I thought the allowed values for nice were -20 to 20. Is this something
new in the 6.x branch?
