Dear Stable, knowlegable FreeBSDusers,

I am trying to install the free (from sun.com) Star Office 51
for linux, on my FreeBSD 3.3 system. My system runs at least one
complex linux binary.

    The file /cdrom/linux/office51/README
says I am going to need

    libc-2.0.7.so and libthread-0.7.so (glibc-2.0.7-7-7.i386.rpm)

The first item seems to be in the CD in the misc/ directory.

    I can't find the glibc-2.0..7-7-7.i386.rpm anywhere. I keep
getting lost on the redhat.com web site.

The setup* program complains that I need libvos517li.so

Can anyone please advise me how to successfully install
    (on FreeBSD 3.3)
Star Office 5.1a from the $9.95 CD that sun.com does send out?

    Thanks for any advice,

Wayne M Barnes stabilizer@klentaq.com
