There are no drivers for this card in 4-stable. However, the cards aren't
complex and I have all the datasheets. I am fully willing to work with you
to write a driver for this card (there's already code for the OPTi924 and
the OPTi930, which are both similar to the OPTi929). I wrote the code for
the other two cards, so I'd like to get this one working too, if possible.

The OPTi chip doesn't actually produce any sound itself; it's just glue to
setup the AD or CS chips which make the sound...

...so it detects the chip, but it isn't configured properly.

The old Voxware drivers in src/sys/i386/isa/sound are...not working :)
