>Description:

Update gnokii to 0.6.28

Version 0.6.28.1 is available and contains fixes for windows only.
On author request version 0.6.28.1 should be skipped by any non-windows
OS, so for us 0.6.28 is the latest version available.

Many patches were integrated upstream.
