Subject: Missing headers in digested lists?

Couldn't think of a better place for this....

Is there any particular reason why the digested mailing lists don't include
the original Message-ID: and References: headers from the individual
messages? Not having these makes threading a bit hit-and-miss. In the
same vein, it would be useful if the list address appeared in the To: or
CC:, making it easier to reply to the list as well as the sender.

I know, I could get the undigested lists, but the digests download so much
faster and they're easier to ignore when I should be doing real work...

TIA,

	Scott
