Hi,

everytime after I reboot,a strange message appears to ncr0 (Takram DC-390F).
Here is the dmesg:

ncr0 <ncr 53c875 fast20 wide scsi> rev 3 int a irq 12 on pci0:11
(ncr0:0:0): "IBM DCAS-32160W S65A" type 0 fixed SCSI 2
sd0(ncr0:0:0): Direct-Access
sd0(ncr0:0:0): WIDE SCSI (16 bit) enabled
sd0(ncr0:0:0): 40.0 MB/s (50 ns, offset 15)

assertion "cp" failed: file "../../pci/ncr.c", line 6191
sd0(ncr0:0:0): COMMAND FAILED (4 28) @f0df7000.

What did it mean? how to fix it?

And when I run ncrcontrol. it shows the error message:
ncrcontrol: incompatible with kernel. Rebuild!

but the program and kernel source are installed at the same time!!
(all 2.2-970913-RELENG)

kernel config contains:

controller ncr0
controller scbus0
device sd0
options SCSI_NCR_DFLT_TAGS=8

How to fix it? thanks a lot for answer!
