I am trying to setup a proxy using PPP, and connecting to IRC through it =
with a win98 machine (ugh!).
It can recieve DCC files but cannot send them. Both ends show waiting =
for connection.
otherwise nat works fine, with all other programs, ftp etc.

Anybody have any ideas??
