Folks are going to have to trust that I know what I'm doing and not
interfere at this point. It's too complicated to really articulate
publically and I'm kind of being badgered/micromanaged right now
which is rather annoying.

If I run into a blockage, then I'll ask the relevant folks for help
and I'm very good about that kind of communication. But the only people
that can help me are folks that know the internals of pthreads (Dan
Eischen and the like) and people that are willing to learn about the
internals of HotSpot threading across all three platforms (Win32,
Solaris with it's LWP implementation and Linux).
