The log should always describe what the actual change is (and often, the reason for the change). The PR: bit should be ancillary metadata, but it should not be the sole explanation for a commit. Also, the metadata fields at the bottom of a message are generally aligned by using a tab after the field name except in the case of 'PR:' where two tabs are used. -- John Baldwin
