I've just uploaded a new version of the tutorial to that URL (it's almost at the point where I'm comfortable putting it in the CVS tree, once I've sorted out some bootstrapping issues). I'm also doing some experimentation with CSS for the HTML, so it might have a bit of an 'angry fruit salad' look at the moment. Doubtless that'll change in the future.
