Bind 8.1.1 doesn't contain all the libraries needed for apps to talk
to bind. If you want it, just build it yourself. It's quite painless.
I use it on 2.2.5 and several versions of Solaris.

I believe I read that it might (but might not, due to the library
thing) make it to 3.0
