I am using tor (client) to help w/ privacy while browsing. I
sporadically have to reboot it if it gets itself into a wad. When I do,
I get messages like the following:

Jul 12 07:58:40.383 [notice] Opening Socks listener on 127.0.0.1:9050
Jul 12 07:58:40.000 [notice] Parsing GEOIP IPv4 file
/usr/local/share/tor/geoip.
Jul 12 07:58:40.000 [notice] Parsing GEOIP IPv6 file
/usr/local/share/tor/geoip6.
Jul 12 07:58:40.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 0%: Starting
Jul 12 07:58:42.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 80%: Connecting to the Tor network
Jul 12 07:58:43.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 85%: Finishing handshake with
first hop
Jul 12 07:58:43.000 [notice] We weren't able to find support for all of
the TLS ciphersuites that we wanted to advertise. This won't hurt
security, but it might make your Tor (if run as a client) more easy for
censors to block.
Jul 12 07:58:43.000 [notice] To correct this, use a more recent OpenSSL,
built without disabling any secure ciphers or features.
Jul 12 07:58:44.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 90%: Establishing a Tor circuit
Jul 12 07:58:45.000 [notice] Tor has successfully opened a circuit.
Looks like client functionality is working.
Jul 12 07:58:45.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 100%: Done
Jul 12 12:28:01.000 [notice] Your Guard TORy0
($1B3B5A29A431B8FE131C952A2AE1C2A3DE9763D1) is failing to carry more
streams on its circuits than usual. Most likely this means the Tor
network is overloaded or your network connection is poor. Use counts are
64/94. Success counts are 180/239. 233 circuits completed, 38 were
unusable, 15 collapsed, and 40 timed out. For reference, your timeout
cutoff is 921 seconds.

It mentions that it doesn't see the latest OpenSSL. Any reason FreeBSD
9.3R isn't using that latest OpenSSL ? Not a huge issue, but puzzling.
TIA & have a good one.
