Cool - that seemed to be it!!  What's also odd os that pressing the "Num 
Lock" key leaves the "Num Lock" *LIGHT* turned on, but alternatively 
pressing it enables/disables the buttons.  Weird.

Hmmmmm...  Hadn't noticed it on my office workstation.  Have to try it.  :-)
