Log:
  - NOSTD results in lkmressys being used instead of lkmssys.
  - Mark nfsclnt as UNIMPL.  It should have been NOSTD instead of NOIMPL back
    when it lived in nfsclient.ko, but it was removed from that a long time
    ago.
